DEPOT / SENIOR CENTER RENTALS

We have two city owned properties available for rent:

• Ashford Train Depot - max. capacity is 70 people. There is a $150 rental fee with a $250 security deposit  - Rental Information 
• Ashford Senior Center - max. capacity is 100 people. There is a $150 rental fee with a $250 security deposit - We are currently not renting the Ashford Senior Center. 

To reserve your date, you will have to pay the $150 in full. When you come and pick up the key for rental, you will be required to pay the $250 (check) security deposit. Information on each location can be obtained at City Hall or by calling 334-899-3366 x 110.
